Meet the provider
Immaculate Okeyo is a Board-Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner -PMHNP-BC- dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care. She believes that effective mental health treatment begins with trust, understanding, and a genuine therapeutic connection.
What to expect during my first visit ?
Self-Discovery
Your mental health is our priority, therefore, it is important to us that we make your first visit as smooth and successful as possible.
Mindfulness
We will meet with you for an extensive interview and psychiatric evaluation in which we will gather some information such as your history, symptoms, and other information to address your reason for visit. We will then determine the best plan of action to move forward
Positive Psychology
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes earlier so that you can fill out any necessary new patient paperwork (if you have not done so prior ).
Bring a list of current medications with dosage, date started, reason for taking it and the who prescribed it
